These Terms of Service govern the use of the Marfera Essence & Style LLC (“Marfera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) online store and purchases made through our store.

We strive to present product descriptions, photographs, sizes, features, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, colors, packaging, or product presentation may vary due to the display used, manufacturer updates, or packaging changes that do not materially alter the product.
Descriptions of scents, fragrance notes, and fragrance characteristics are provided for informational purposes. Fragrance perception and preference may vary from person to person.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.
Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability. If an inventory error occurs or a product becomes unavailable after a purchase is placed, Marfera may cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing, descriptions, or other store information.
4. Orders and Payments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, email address, shipping address, and information necessary to process the purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment confirmation.
We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order or prevent fraud.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order while the applicable items have not yet been prepared for shipment, in accordance with the cancellation rules available in our store.
Once an item has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
The availability of cancellation may depend on the status of the order at the time the request is received.
6. Final Sales, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, fragrance sales that are correctly fulfilled and received in good condition are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind, personal fragrance preference, dissatisfaction with the scent, or because the product is later found at a lower price elsewhere.
This does not prevent customers from submitting a claim when an order arrives damaged or broken, is leaking, has a verifiable defect, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Cases involving packages lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or marked as delivered but reported as not received will be reviewed in accordance with our Shipping Policy and, when applicable, the carrier’s procedures.
8. Fraud and Misuse
Marfera reserves the right to cancel orders, limit transactions, or deny claims when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, tampering, abuse, misrepresentation, or false information, subject to applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Marfera Essence & Style name, our original content, designs, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials used in our store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Trademarks, product names, images, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in our store implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or authorization from any brand or manufacturer unless Marfera expressly states otherwise and is authorized to do so.
